9. Start my healthy prog from 24/05 till 16/06: Jog 5km every alternate day (which i have started this morning!) =D, 50 sit ups every night before zzz, 8 sets of sun salutation (yoga) every day. No diet watching, continue to eat what i like coz cannot deprive me of good food!!! ; )
10. Watch Indiana Jones with Papa and bring Mama to eat teppanyaki
