A dAy in JB

A lot of people keep asking me “Why do you like to go JB so much? What do you all do there?”

Actually the journey is not that long if there is no jam aka during weekday. We left house at about 11.30am and we reached the custom at about 12.15noon. The cab ride to Jusco (Tebrau City) took another 20 min and off we went to buy tix for our moobee retreat. Was contemplating between Twilight or Ninja Assassin but I thought hubby might like action movie more than a teeny bopper flick. Review: Eeeeewwwww. Too bloody for mummy and baby!

Went to grab a quick lunch before we went in the cinema and here’s our hearty chicky lunch! Yeah all these are for 2 of us. Yiah, think my appetite is coming back slowly... Control!!!

Anywayz, after the gruesome movie, we started our shopping spree from 4-7pm! Our focus was mainly on baby stuff since the things in Spore are soooo super ex lor… So based on the magical to-get-list from Mag, we started ticking and comparing the prices of the different brands.. Eventually, it just narrows down to Pigeon, Tollyjoy, Avent (Philips), Pureen… Yupz these are the main oligopolies (I realized).

Hmm… I personally think that my Papa is such a doting dad that I secretly wish my hubbie will bring up our girl the same way that my Papa pampers me too hee~

Took a short break for dinner before continuing our grocery shopping at the first floor! So this is a typical day at JB for your interest! (pls ignore the cannot make it hair)

And here’s our loot for the day! Secret Recipe is a must! Same price as Spore but just that it’s in RM! And there are still lots space in our fridge~ Don't doubt how we can carry all these back to S'pore.. Oh well, just do it!

So what exactly did we buy? Aren't the little clothes unresistably lovely and sweet???!!!

1) A swaddle me (to wrap newborn for comfort). 2) A travel changing mat. 3) A pack of Pureen napkin diapers. 4) 4 sets of Baby clothes going at 50-70% discount!!! 5) 3-in-1 set of booties and mittens on offer lor! Used to be $4.90RM per set, but now 3 for $10.90RM!!! 6) A pack of cotton buds and cotton balls (though I am not sure if babies’ ones are meant to be special such that they are softer and finer?) 7) A fish shaped mercury thermometer for RM$9.90 as suggested by Ms Drey (initially we wanted to get a digital one from Philip which cost ~S$30+) 8) A set of bathing towels and face towels (supposedly softer)

Wow~ All for $188.90RM and excluding our groceries haha~ =D

A little peep into Missy Ang's baby wardrobe! Ta~da~

Guess we have to control!!! Yeah I know, "babies will outgrow their clothes very soon..." "Ple will pass u hand-me-down old clothes..." "U buy so much also outdated, wont be able to wear them all... "
