Whoohoo~ I love my travelling mates!!! There are friends who are fair-weather. There are friends who are superficial. These are my friends for life. And I am grateful for the friendship. (^_^) Thanx for being part of my life story!

And as said earlier… its all about food… and more food!!!

Today is a happie day! =D

Finally it’s the long awaited semi-holidays and I went island touring with Salty and Min and Da Hua! Hardworking dear is abandoned at home marking his I&R.. pat pat~

Anywayz we started the day munching bah khut teh at Outram Park I think… some famous place… but… the soup is too peppery for me! Ss Ss… And according to the yummy yumm experts, there are more worthy places to patronize! Look at the amount of food tt we ordered!

Then I tagged along to my first ever car testing with them! For someone who has zero knowledge about cars, I learnt that Kia is a Korean model, Beetle Volkswagen is worth $79,000 after COE and Toyota is an average brand! Lexus and Audi are VERY good cars. Hmm~ not badz a learning journey hor =P

Then, I had this craving for laksa and that brought the whole troop from West to East: The hunt for Katong Laksa! That is when….

Burp~ So satisfied after the laksa treat! I also packed some roast pork and duckie back to reward the hardworking hubbie =D

The nice trio then sent me back home safely… so paiseh… SBW is really out of the way man.. sigh~ ulu town =(

Ah!!!!! I think I am undergoing the process of auntification!! Oh man!!!

3) I am sitting at the bench at J8 basement eating Tori Q alone with other ah mama eating Old Chang Kee curry puff. =S

On a separate note! I am so looking forward to our Malacca trip in 2 weeks’ time! Whoo hoo~ it has been like 5/6 years since I last travelled with my dearest frenz! And that was Tioman trip!!! I AM SUPER EXCITED!!! Yeah!!!! Yippie~

We finished the Firemen show last night! I like… so sweet and touching. My deep respect and utmost admiration gained for Firemen! Salute!

Whoo hoo!!! I am starting to have my life back again!!! yeah i mean watching my fav hk drama!!! But i doubt i have the energy to be like the past glued to lappie or tv till wee hrs!!! Yeah sleep is impt now!!! No late nights =P

Wave Hi Hi

Oh Yeah! Blogger is finally up and working! Was not able to post much for last few weeks coz the system seemed to be down!

Hmm so where have I disappeared to… what else? Buried in never-ending work and trying to get sufficient rest! Trying to cope with the horrendous workload while keeping myself positive and sane.

It was only last wkend that I need not bring any marking back. Otherwise, I am simply a marking and answer machine. Churning questions and answers one after another every single day. Seeing how my colleagues put in so much effort makes me feel guilty. Kept asking myself if I have done enough for them and it got me so upset. Where to draw the line and conclusion that teaching is not just a job.

But I am physically and mentally tired. Tired from the system… and this inner struggle is making me so negative. And it’s back to the struggle 2 years ago. The same trauma.

I am glad for the free-er time for last 2 weeks. Have ample rest, which I needed so much. Went out shop for revenge for the past few days! I needed the time off to clear my mind. Yucks, think I haven’t stepped into Orchard since June/July and the whole place has transformed beyond recognition! I’m such a hermit!

Never know that I can walk so much even though Robinsons sell almost the same thing as OG as Metro as Tangs as Isetan, I still tried to cover all grounds muahaha. Don’t worry I am not a shopaholic so damage is not as bad as u have imagined. I merely splurged on a few Mamegoma stickers, notebooks and files. Hee oh but its really therapeutic to come back and sort out my stickers and little stuff! RoarRRRRRRR

I am a sucker for cute things. My students even wrote on Teacher’s Day card saying that I look like 小丸子... got so cute meh??? i just cut my hair short short ma...

Yippie!!! Me and bear and Shiyi and Dewei are gg to watch NDP 2009!!! My darling bear is soooooooooo lucky!!! First timer and he managed to ballot 4 actual day tickets!!! Whoot~ I am soooooooo excited!!! Been trying to contain my excitedment since June till now!! Muahaha~

Before tt, gonna treat ourselves to the 3D Pixar Movie: UP!!! So fun!!! Its 3D so i think gotta wear some goggles to watch the animation!

Been quite stress and busy with work... glad tt its a mini time off to rest... before continuing the tough fight ahead... =( i hate yr 2 term 3 and 4 hmpf.

Been also sick, not feeling well for a while... haiz... weak miffy~ but was engulfed in TENDER LOVING CARE of ah bu & papa.. so pampered like a princess when i went back to stay @ amk and when they popped by few times last wk... melted~ i am spoilt brat whahaha~ of coz there's hubby's lifetime warranty of LOVE
