Yippie!!! Me and bear and Shiyi and Dewei are gg to watch NDP 2009!!! My darling bear is soooooooooo lucky!!! First timer and he managed to ballot 4 actual day tickets!!! Whoot~ I am soooooooo excited!!! Been trying to contain my excitedment since June till now!! Muahaha~

Before tt, gonna treat ourselves to the 3D Pixar Movie: UP!!! So fun!!! Its 3D so i think gotta wear some goggles to watch the animation!

Been quite stress and busy with work... glad tt its a mini time off to rest... before continuing the tough fight ahead... =( i hate yr 2 term 3 and 4 hmpf.

Been also sick, not feeling well for a while... haiz... weak miffy~ but was engulfed in TENDER LOVING CARE of ah bu & papa.. so pampered like a princess when i went back to stay @ amk and when they popped by few times last wk... melted~ i am spoilt brat whahaha~ of coz there's hubby's lifetime warranty of LOVE

Serial coach potato

As you know, I am a sucker for HK drama... And it can really help me to destress! So let me rec u some notable shows.... like this:

It's not bad, a bit detective.. a bit romance... easy to digest! Keke but bear says plot is a bit slow so he... gave up!

Okie.. tis is a crappy show! First i tot it would be super funny... but turn out plot is lousy!!! Thumbs down.. I.... gave up! It's currently showing on ch U so unless u r bored can consider killing time ba...

Hee I will watch this when I fin my ang mo shows! I think tis gonna be nice tsk tsk

On a separate note! I am going to finish marking today! Target = TODAY!!! Been mugging very hard over the past week and I am going to lose my sanity seeing like bout 300 scripts of ss-side policies, fiscal policies, depreciate exchange rate... sustained growth... ROARRRRR and its only the beginning!!! Hope to have a restful wkend before the next round of marking starts next wk!

Have a break, read a book!

My occasional break from marking is also reading this book: Labyrinth by Kate Mosse to de-stress/ de-bored.

Apparently, it won some award in 2006 and plot is acclaimed to be even better than Dan Brown’s Da Vinci Code (it's about a quest for the holy grail too!).

Oh well, I only get to read it like for 10-minutes marking interval (like now...) and when I am shitting (opps). Wonder if it will take me a year to finish the 700-page book.

New addiction - Lie to Me

Oh! We found a super nice show! Even more captivating than Mentalist! Got us so hooked up in front of the lappie for the entire weekend!

It’s about a team of deception experts who assist law enforcers and government agencies to find the truth behind the lies through applied psychology: interpreting microexpressions, through the Facial Action Coding System, and body language.

It has become a motivation for my marking! When I finish two classes at least, I get to watch one episode as a reward! =D

It's really good. Go watch it!

Sweet reminisces

Last night, I was watching the F4 – Meteor Garden (Korean version). As I giggled over the silly scenes, I recalled my uni days, watching the Taiwanese debut. I simply adored and was crazy over zai zai then... That series kickstarted the whole idol drama tsunami... Nonetheless, nowadays the quality of these idol drama seems quite substandard to me.

Back then, Drey was so smitten over Jerry Yen, Huiz over Vanness Wu, Xianz quite like the 4th guy on the right (which I cant rem his name...) and me of coz Zai Zai!!! =P

Oh mine, those were the days, surfing the net everyday to find out about their gossips, watching the same episode/scene over and over again, fantasizing what if i were the female lead... (hey stop laughing! Tt’s what every girl will go through okie...)

Heh next up, who will forget the promising new band after F4 - its 5566 okie!!! Xiaoxi, Cheng-feng, Tai Zi and the evil girl!

This is one of the earlier Jap drama tt i used to watch when I was still working in Pioneer as a temp. John and my favourite show! I can still rem sweet but sad plot... All jap shows seems to be tear-jerker though...

Oh man! Rem this show?? The catchy song and the theme park tt made me swear tt I must go to Everland with my sweetheart in future!!! Haha i rem watching this drama with my Dad immediately after one of my uni exam! I like Jang Nara! She's so cute!

And I am no longer the teenage girl now who has the right to scream at cool dudes who are obviously younger than me nor hang up suave posters of some young lads other than my wedding photo in my bedroom anymore!!!

Hee trying to find these posters online makes me feel like a little girl again! Tsk tsk~ Wonder if I will ever get a chance to re-watch these drama once more... Maybe I should organise a all-girls-slumber party and k one of these drama one of this wkend/ dur holidays hor.. hiak hiak hiak

Before i fall asleep....

School has started for a wk! And I am still suffering from post holidays withdrawal symptoms of waking up @ 10am... no more T_T

Its now back to sleeping @ 10pm and waking up at 530am again!!! And coz of the H1N1 saga, i'm down for morning duties most days and I am so paranoid that I'll oversleep and end up waking up several times mid of the night!! arggghhhh~ And the sleepy bug that attacks exactly at 2pm in the afternoon making me dozing off regardless I'm on bus, at work table or @ amk home! Terrible!

But I must learn to take things in stride... More haste less speed... Marking season is here but I am trying hard to take it slowly.. I've been hearing lots stories and I know my frenz are all very concerned about my state of mind. I've been quite negative for a while (which I shldnt be) and I still need to survive the term!! Dunnoe if it seems procrastinating (or lots of excuses) but I do have targets to hit and trying to balance time effectively... yeah also destressing with obession with old hk actors opps~

Time to hit the sack... and catch some rest before I really truely set myself to guai guai tick tick tick tmr...
